Oddsn
Privacy Policy
Version 1.0-draft
1. Scope
This Policy explains how Oddsn collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data. Third-party payment, email, model, storage, or social services may have their own policies.
2. Information we process
We may process account and contact details, sign-in and device information, network and region signals, prompts, uploads, model parameters, outputs, usage, payment references, protocol acceptances, age confirmations, and security or support records. We generally do not store a raw visitor IP in routine logs; trusted network signals are used for the request and necessary provider calls, while a protected hash may be retained for security. Do not submit personal or highly sensitive data that you are not authorised to process.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to create accounts, verify email, provide generation and storage, fulfil transactions, prevent fraud, enforce safety controls, moderate content, meet legal duties, answer requests, and improve the service. Where consent is required, we obtain it and provide a way to withdraw it; withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing.
4. Sharing and cross-border processing
We may provide the minimum data needed to infrastructure, database and queue, email, edge security and media, payment, AI, analytics, and moderation providers. Cross-border processing uses applicable legal, contractual, and security safeguards. We do not sell personal data; disclosure is limited to service delivery, security, legal duties, corporate transactions, or your instruction or consent.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for the stated purpose, service and safety operations, disputes, accounting, or legal duties, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed unless law requires continued retention. We use access control, least privilege, encryption in transit, key management, audit, and monitoring, but no internet system is absolutely secure.
6. Your choices
Where applicable, you may request access, copying, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal through the in-service account or support entry. Identity verification and fraud, security, transaction, legal, or third-party rights may limit a request.
7. Cookies, minors, and changes
We use necessary cookies and preference cookies for service operation and notification deduplication. Adult capabilities are not offered to minors. We publish policy updates in the service and may require acceptance of a new version.
This is the current default policy text. The version shown here is the version recorded when you accept the policy bundle during registration, sign-in, or continued use.
Privacy requests, complaints, and policy questions can be submitted through the in-service account or support entry.
